JEMA PARTICIPATES IN THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ITER BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IBF07 (December 20, 2007) |
The ITER Business Forum 2007 (IBF07) took place last December in Nice (France). This event met the European fusion industry and the national and international organizations involved in the development of ITER project. Due to its reference position in this market, JEMA was present as a part of the stand of the Spanish Fusion Technological Platform, an organization that gathers the Spanish companies of this field.
All along the days of IBF07 the actors involved in ITER Project had the opportunity of getting detailed information about its development state, discuss about the diverse matters which characterizes this project, establishing links and cooperation relationships between them and introduce the state of the art of the involved technology in this huge scientific adventure, considered as the second worldwide project after the International Space Station.
JEMA usually supplies power systems for the development of ITER elements, and even is the responsible of the design engineering for the power equipment that in the future will feed the experimental reactor under construction. |
